The role offers a generous compensation package and a flexible schedule to accommodate 7-on/7-off or alternate-week rotations, with opportunities for expansion.

The position requires BC/BE Otolaryngology, MD/DO from an accredited school, and an Illinois license or eligibility. Relocation, signing incentives, and robust retirement plans are included.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• MD or DO from an accredited institution; Otolaryngology residency completed.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility; DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical and surgical ENT interventions across a broad general ENT practice.
• Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites, including expansion opportunities.
• Design and establish an ideal practice schedule with flexible blocks (7-on/7-off or alternate weeks).
• Collaborate with extensive referral network to handle high-volume patient backlogs.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records and follow-up care.
