Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) in Mattoon, IL. This full-time role offers high-volume practice with access to multiple sites and a strong referral network.

Qualificações

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility; valid DEA registration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical interventions across a broad general ENT scope (including rhinology, laryngology, otology, pediatric ENT).
• Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites and support expansion to additional facilities.
• Design and establish your ideal practice schedule with flexible blocks (e.g., 7-on/7-off) for regional or commuting physicians.
• Collaborate with internal primary care and pediatric networks to manage high-volume patient backlogs.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records for encounters, surgery, and follow-up care.
