Job summary

Acloché LLC partner healthcare facility in Mattoon, IL seeks a full-time Otolaryngologist (ENT). Board Certified or Board Eligible, you’ll join a high-demand practice with ample surgical facilities and a broad referral network to deliver top ENT care.

The package includes $700,000 per year, production bonuses, a $100,000 sign-on incentive, relocation assistance, generous PTO plus CME days, and comprehensive malpractice coverage, with flexible block schedules (7-on/7-off or similar).

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or immediate eligibility)
• Valid DEA registration
• Excellent clinical judgment and surgical skill

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical and surgical ENT interventions across general ENT, rhinology, laryngology, otology, and pediatric ENT.
• Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites across multiple sites with potential expansion to additional facilities.
• Design and establish flexible practice schedules including 7-on/7-off or alternate-week rotations.
• Collaborate with an extensive referral network to manage high patient backlogs.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records for all encounters and follow-up care.
