Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring an In Clinic Visit Facilitator for the ENT Clinic. This is a 1.0 FTE, benefits-eligible position with hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.

The role prepares patients for visits, assists with rooming, collects information, and coordinates after-visit summaries and follow-up appointments. You will support the patient connection to the provider, ensure accurate records, and use technology to enhance care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient with technology (hardware and software, smart devices).

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for appointments and verify medical records are collected and available.
• Assist in the rooming process and document visit details and vitals.
• Prepare exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Support the patient connection to the provider and promote a positive patient experience.
• Complete visit wrap-up and coordinate follow-up appointments when needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other health professionals, both in person and via telehealth.
