Job summary

Baltimore City Public Schools is seeking a Specialist III for Enrollment, Choice and Transfers (ECT) to manage district enrollment workstreams and complex student cases. You will implement policies, analyze data, and coordinate with families, schools, and district partners to place students accurately and efficiently.

The role requires strong judgment, excellent communication, and meticulous record-keeping to support school choice, residency, and placement across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; master's preferred.
• 4-5 years of related experience in K-12 enrollment, admissions, or school operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data to support enrollment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develops, interprets, implements, and communicates enrollment-related regulations and procedures.
• Coordinates districtwide meetings and trainings for enrollment staff.
• Reviews and analyzes enrollment and capacity data to inform decisions.
• Manages non-resident enrollment and tuition matters.
• Prepares reports and guidance documents for enrollment processes.
