Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of direct experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process student enrollment, transfers, and registration through portals and centers.
• Review and verify residency, immunization, birth certificates, guardianship, and transcripts.
• Guide families through enrollment options, transfers, and magnet/ choice programs.
• Administer and score language proficiency assessments.
• Generate weekly reports for campuses with EB data and recommendations.
