Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enrollment tasks include processing interest forms, coordinating orientation and intake, and completing initial assessments for all participants.
• Program Coordination: maintain internal and external communication to ensure effective program functioning and monitor progress.
• Data and Performance Tracking: work with case managers to track attendance and outcomes and maintain participant files and notes.
• Participant Supports: provide retention assistance and address barriers to completion of training, with retention checks at specified intervals.
• Job Placement: assist with employer partner development and provide one-on-one coaching and support through the final phase of skills training and beyond.
