Job summary

Cleveland State University, Engaged Learning, seeks a professional to oversee the functional development and daily maintenance of student administrative systems supporting Enrollment Management and Student Success (EMSS).

You will conduct system analysis, design enhancements, document procedures, and train staff while coordinating project tasks and ensuring reliable operation of related systems such as PeopleSoft, SLATE, OnBase, and Starfish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in computer science, business, information technology, or related fields.
• Four years of experience in system support and analysis using enterprise-level administrative systems.
• Four years’ experience with student administration application systems.
• Two years’ experience with report development tools and SQL programming.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains EMSS student administrative systems to support Enrollment Management and Student Success.
• Perform system analysis, design, and development of new or existing EMSS applications.
• Provide training sessions and guidance; document processes and procedures.
• Plan and monitor projects; communicate with user areas and ensure system reliability.
