Cleveland State University Engaged Learning seeks a Manager, Education Preparation Assessment & Clinical Systems to oversee the Student Learning System (SLS) and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

You will collaborate with the licensure assessment committee, program faculty, schools, and clinical partners to collect, manage, validate, analyze, and report data for accreditation, program review, and internal reporting.

Formación

• Knowledge of educator preparation and assessment systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage large data sets and maintain records.
• Proficient in project management, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Manage SLS to support accreditation and reporting.
• Collaborate with committee, faculty, and partners to collect and validate data.
• Develop continuous improvement processes for data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Provide training and ongoing user support for SLS.
• Coordinate remediation of field placement issues.
• Lead staff and align workloads with priorities.
