Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in education, business, information systems, communications, or related field.
  • Four (4) years of professional experience in major system implementations.
  • Project management experience preferably in a mid-sized to large organization.
  • Experience creating instructional materials and user documentation, facilitating presentations, workshops, or training sessions.
  • Experience coordinating projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders.

Job Summary

Supports Cleveland State University’s (CSU) enterprise application training, organizational readiness, user adoption, knowledge management, and business process support initiatives related to CSU Compass and other CSU administrative systems. Serves as a key resource for the development, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training programs supporting enterprise technology solutions. Supports implementation, optimization, and decommissioning readiness efforts, facilitates knowledge transfer, and contributes to change management activities that promote successful adoption of CSU systems. Collaborates with stakeholders across the university to support enterprise system initiatives and user readiness. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in education, business, information systems, communications, or related field.
  • Four (4) years of professional experience in major system implementations.
  • Project management experience preferably in a mid-sized to large organization.
  • Experience creating instructional materials and user documentation, facilitating presentations, workshops, or training sessions.
  • Experience coordinating projects or programs involving multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in education, organizational development, instructional design, business, or related field.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems.
  • Experience with organizational change management initiatives.
  • Experience developing multimedia and online learning content.
  • Experience in higher education.
