Job summary

First Financial Group of America is seeking an Enrollment Solutions Help Desk Specialist to respond to inquiries about the FFenroll system. The role focuses on assisting clients in the K-12 market within a high-volume call center and collaborating with the Enrollment Solutions team to ensure superior service and strong enrollment platform engagement.

The candidate will need strong customer service skills, experience with benefits, and the ability to obtain a Health & Life Insurance license

Qualifications

2 years experience with benefits (medical, dental, vision, prescription drug service and retirement plans).
2 years experience in a call center environment.
2 years experience in customer service.
Group 1 Health & Life Insurance license (or must be able to obtain within 90 days of employment)
Strong customer service skills and a proven track record of handling sensitive client information.
Must have strong knowledge and work experience using Excel, Word & Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalency required (GED).

Responsibilities

Respond to external/internal clients’ inquiries regarding the FFenroll benefit enrollment system.
Assist our clients in the K-12 market in a high-volume call center environment.
Work closely with the Enrollment Solutions team to promote superior customer service and meet enrollment platform engagement objectives.
