Job summary

ADP is seeking a Benefit Solutions Specialist - I to ensure platform configuration and readiness for clients’ annual enrollment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Comprehensive Benefits clients and coordinate benefits administration, enrollment tasks, and WFN/HRB integrations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in client support or benefits administration.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary point relationship owner for Comprehensive Benefits clients.
• Supports data gathering, requirements analysis and project management for enrollment.
• Coordinates Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment tasks with back-office and offshore teams.
• Maintains WFN/HRB configuration and related integrations.
• Escalates issues and ensures timely, accurate resolution with internal and external partners.
• Provides consultative benefits support and best practices to clients.
