Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to ensure prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate, and compliant information with excellent customer service.

The role involves scheduling interviews, communicating program details and financial considerations, and guiding candidates through to matriculation, while updating the SIS and coordinating with Student Finance across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Associate degree required; bachelor preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students and provide accurate program information.
• Follow up with prospective and enrolled students through to matriculation.
• Maintain detailed notes in the Student Information System after each contact.
• Communicate with Student Finance team to provide information for informed enrollment decisions.
