Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of high-volume customer service experience.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment services, recruiting, or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students, providing accurate information about programs, outcomes, and financial considerations.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective, interviewed, and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Meet or exceed performance and enrollment goals while maintaining compliance and student-centered service standards.
• Document student contact and manage enrollment workflows in the Student Information System.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and other departments to provide students with clear information and next steps.
