Job summary

Carrington College is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to ensure prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate, and compliant information along with excellent customer service. The role involves scheduling interviews and guiding candidates through information about programs, outcomes, services, and financial considerations while assessing enrollment suitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Superior organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conducts outbound calls and interviews with prospective students to provide information and assess enrollment fit.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Maintain detailed notes in the Student Information System after each contact.
• Collaborate with Student Finance to provide enrollment options and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and Carrington College's conduct standards.
• Participate in student review meetings and engage in cross-department communication.
