Job summary

Carrington College is seeking an Associate Director of Enrollment Services to lead the campus Enrollment Services team, reporting to the Director of Enrollment Services or Campus President. You will hire, train, and develop enrollment services representatives and ensure timely, accurate, compliant, and exceptional service to prospective and enrolled students.

• Associate degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong leadership, supervision and training capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

• Lead and manage the Enrollment Services team at the campus level.
• Hire, train, and develop enrollment services representatives.
• Ensure timely, accurate, compliant, and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and Academic Affairs for cross-department training.
• Prepare performance evaluations and set individual goals.
