Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and related work experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and present information clearly to applicants and staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student records software.

Responsibilities

• Meets start goals for linear start programs.
• Responds to inquiries for assigned linear programs.
• Schedules appointments with prospective students.
• Gives program presentations to prospective students.
• Guides college tours for prospective students.
• Schedules placement exams and discusses results with applicants.
• Arranges Program Director interviews for applicants.
• Directs applicants to financial services.
• Handles follow-up by phone and email for events and start dates.
• Coordinates linear program open houses and attends Advisory Board meetings.
• Develops leads to support marketing efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
