Job summary

Carrington College is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to guide prospective students through the enrollment process in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You will conduct interviews, share accurate program information, and support informed decisions while maintaining engagement through matriculation.

The role requires building relationships, managing a high volume of outreach, and collaborating with Student Finance and other departments to ensure timely applications and enrollment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment services, recruiting, inside sales, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students.
• Provide accurate program information to support enrollment decisions.
• Document student contact and manage enrollment workflows.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and other departments to aid next steps.
• Maintain follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Meet enrollment goals while complying with policies.
