• Experience in admissions, enrollment services or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students.
• Provide accurate program information and support enrollment decisions.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Document student contact and manage enrollment workflows in the SIS.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and other departments on next steps.
