Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students.
• Provide accurate information about programs, outcomes, and financial considerations.
• Maintain engagement through matriculation.
• Document student contact and manage enrollment workflows in the SIS.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and other departments to inform next steps.
• Meet or exceed performance and enrollment goals while ensuring compliance.
