Job summary

Carrington College is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to guide prospective students through the enrollment process in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. You will conduct interviews, provide accurate program information, support informed enrollment decisions, and maintain engagement through matriculation.

Collaborate with Student Finance and other departments to provide students with clear information and next steps.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM tools and student information systems.
• Ability to manage high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students, providing accurate information about programs, outcomes, student services, and financial considerations.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective, interviewed, and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Document student contact and manage enrollment workflows in the Student Information System.
