Job summary

Under supervision of the leadership team, you will deliver employer outreach, manage externship processes, assist with resumes and interview coaching, and support campus events to help students transition into the job market.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Language skills to read, write, and present information to students, employees, and clients.
• Mathematical skills to interpret data and reports.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and related software used to maintain student records.

Responsibilities

• Conducts employer and job development sales activities such as employer calls and site visits.
• Meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and modular activity goals to achieve employment start goals.
• Maintains relationships with students and graduates to ensure interaction with employers.
• Attends business functions, trade shows, and professional organizations’ meetings for networking and employer development.
• Contacts potential externship sites for new opportunities and coordinates externship processes.
• Administers externship presentations and monitors attendance and performance.
• Provides resume, job search, and interview coaching for students.
• Conducts career skill workshops on resumes, interviewing, and professionalism.
• Ensures compliance, documentation, and reporting for employment start confirmations and metrics.
