Strive Health is seeking an Enrollment Associate to educate patients about eligible healthcare services and schedule provider visits. The role emphasizes empathetic patient communication and reliable data capture in our CRM.

You will work a high-volume, remote contact center with in-person needs occasionally, supporting enrollment growth and patient outcomes. Strong CRM skills and scheduling experience are preferred.

Competenze

• 2+ years’ education, experience, or certification related to patient enrollment.
• Ability to work 10:30am–7pm and travel onsite as needed.
• Comfort building trust and communicating empathetically with patients.

Mansioni

• Educate patients about eligible healthcare services and schedule provider visits.
• Ask questions to understand patient needs and address inquiries effectively.
• Support enrollment processes and maintain timely notes in the CRM.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth onboarding of patients.
