Job summary

Cortica is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join our multi-disciplinary team in the United States. You will guide families through the enrollment cycle with a positive, patient-centered approach, managing inquiries and supporting documentation and referrals.

You will schedule evaluations, maintain records (Salesforce/Athena), and collaborate with scheduling and clinical staff to accelerate enrollment. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and strong communication and phone-based customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Applications, and office procedures (filing, records, forms).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience, preferably over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for inbound patient inquiries and guide families through enrollment, ensuring a positive, patient-centered experience.
• Assist with documentation and engage providers to collect referrals.
• Schedule initial medical evaluations and care plan meetings across disciplines to shorten enrollment cycle time.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records in Salesforce/Athena and other systems.
• Support enrollment team by answering questions and sharing knowledge.
