Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, call center or customer success roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with families.
• Ability to manage high volume calls and inquiries while achieving sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and conduct eligibility assessments via phone and email.
• Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls with prospective families.
• Qualify and convert prospects to appointments for clinical care teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot CRM.
• Support data reporting using Excel and Outlook.
