Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to ensure prospective and enrolled students receive timely, accurate and compliant information with excellent customer service.

You will schedule and conduct interviews, communicate program outcomes, student services and financial considerations, and guide candidates through enrollment through to matriculation. Responsibilities include high-volume outreach, collaboration with the Student Finance team, and accurate data

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance in all recruiting activities and adhere to laws and regulations.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and interviews with prospective students.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and individual production goals.
• Manage workflows for outreach and follow-up through matriculation.
• Learn detailed information on campus programs to provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with Student Finance to inform decisions and next steps.
• Update the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact.
• Assist with guiding applicants through the enrollment process and timelines.
• Participate in student review meetings and engage with the campus community.
