Job summary

San Joaquin Valley College Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Services Associate to guide prospective students through the enrollment process in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

You will conduct interviews, share accurate program information, and support informed decision-making while maintaining engagement through matriculation. The role emphasizes meeting enrollment goals, building relationships, and leveraging CRM tools to track interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience in admissions, enrollment services, recruiting, inside sales, or related environments preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach and interviews with prospective students, providing accurate program information.
• Maintain timely follow-up with prospective, interviewed, and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Document student contact and manage enrollment workflows in the Student Information System.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and other departments to provide students with clear information and next steps.
