Temple University’s Enrollment Management Department is seeking an Assistant Registrar. This role directs enrollment and degree data processes, ensures FERPA compliance, and serves as the primary contact for graduation and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and four years of directly related experience in a full-time, professional environment.
• Experience in higher education is preferred.
• Experience with student information systems and degree/credentialing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct enrollment and degree data processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and federal reporting requirements.
• Oversee enrollment and degree reporting, including NSC/NSLDS submissions.
• Lead graduation and credentialing operations and coordinate with schools and colleges.
