Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University in Center Valley, PA seeks a Senior Associate University Registrar to lead complex academic records operations across undergraduate, graduate, and health professions programs, ensuring FERPA compliance and data integrity.

The role partners with the College of Nursing and College of Health Professions to implement policies and SIS improvements (Banner/PeopleSoft/Colleague/Workday), and graduation and degree certification, with strategic leadership across registrar

Qualifications

Master’s degree required.
5–10 years progressive registrar/academic records experience.
Experience supervising staff and managing complex processes.
Knowledge of FERPA and higher education compliance.
Experience with SIS systems (Banner, PeopleSoft, Colleague, Workday).

Responsibilities

Provide leadership within the Registrar’s Office, covering records management, degree audit, enrollment reporting, graduation certification, and registration services.
Advise University Registrar on strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and policy development at the LHVN campus.
Develop and maintain procedures for efficient and accurate student records management.
Oversee compliance with federal regulations including FERPA and reporting requirements.
Manage implementation and optimization of SIS tools supporting degree audit, curriculum management, scheduling, and transcript production.
