Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000
Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Vice President and helps manage the day-to-day operations of the Enrollment Management office. Support includes daily and long-range management of the Vice President’s schedule; coordination of travel arrangements; preparation of materials for meetings and events; tracking and ordering supplies; and organizing and maintaining files and records. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for screening calls, welcoming visitors, and providing excellent customer service to all guests and stakeholders of the office. Works as part of a team supporting the Enrollment Management division. This administrative role will provide coordinated executive, operational, and administrative support across the Enrollment Management division. Cross-train team members to provide backup coverage and ensure continuity during peak periods and staff absences. Performs other duties as assigned.
