Job summary

Carrington College is seeking a Director of Enrollment Services to lead the campus Enrollment Services department under the Campus Director. You will hire, train, manage and develop enrollment services staff to ensure timely, accurate and compliant customer service for prospective and enrolled students.

You will ensure compliance in recruiting activities, provide leadership and performance management, and collaborate with Student Finance and Academic Affairs to drive cross‑departmental

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, training, development and performance management of enrollment services staff.
• Manages recruitment activities to meet or exceed team goals.
• Conducts regular one-to-one and team coaching and performance evaluations.
• Collaborates with Student Finance and Academic Affairs for cross‑departmental trainings.
• Prepares and conducts enrollment forecasts and staffing plans.
• Maintains communications across departments and engages in campus events.
