• Manages externship tracking, documentation, and site clearances; ensures completion of required screening.
• Leads Career Services engagement by organizing workshops and maintaining an outreach plan.
• Supervises training and performance evaluations; handles staff development and coaching.
• Coordinates institutional effectiveness assessments and committee participation to support governance.
