Job summary

Harvard University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences Registrar's Office is seeking an Enrollment Services Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for constituents, providing high-quality service and authoritative information on student and faculty policy.

You will manage complex student record updates, coordinate with partner offices, and support enrollment services from registration to graduation, while overseeing student employees and handling sensitive information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• The Enrollment Services Coordinator is the primary point of contact for FAS Registrar's Office constituents and serves as the first line of customer service communication and principal source of information on student and faculty policy.
• Independently manages complex student record updates, triages record changes across the Enrollment Services team and conducts audits to ensure the accuracy of student records.
• Work closely with Registrar partner offices and academic departments on undergraduate and graduate student-related matters and supervise student employees.
