Job summary

Carrington College in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Associate Director of Enrollment Services to lead the campus Enrollment Services team, hire, train, and develop staff, and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant service for prospective and enrolled students.

The ADES collaborates with the Director of Enrollment Services to achieve performance goals and delivers strong customer service in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role requires proactive leadership and cross-department coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required from an Accredited College or University.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Enrollment Services/Admissions experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• This is an on-site, student facing position.
• Ensure full compliance with all recruiting activities, adhering to laws and regulations governing student recruitment, and Carrington College's conduct and ethics.
• Provide leadership, training, development, and performance management for all enrollment services team members.
• Train new Enrollment Services Associates ensuring they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
• Assign individual performance goals to each member and review progress daily and weekly.
• Manage all recruitment activities to meet or exceed team goals.
• Conduct required daily meetings with each enrollment services employee.
• Perform observations with each ESA and document reviews timely.
• Provide one-on-one and team training to enhance skills and performance.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and Academic Affairs for cross-departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Prepare and conduct performance evaluations for enrollment services employees.
• Conduct New Student Reviews (NSR) and follow up with enrolled and interviewed students.
• Assist the campus in networking to generate inquiries at the campus level.
• Provide accurate and timely enrollment forecasts.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Establish and maintain an effective system of communication with all departments.
• Engage in campus community events and activities.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
