Job summary

Arizona College of Nursing in Tucson, AZ seeks an Executive Director of Enrollment Services to lead enrollment operations across campuses. The EDES partners with the Campus President to fulfill the college’s student-centric mission and growth plans.

You will build admissions and financial aid teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize resources to boost enrollment while maintaining high service quality for students and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent skills and experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership success in higher education operations.
• Ability to meet state requirements to solicit/recruit students within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and participate in building highly effective campus teams.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with college expectations and inquiry management.
• Directly observe and provide timely feedback on student-facing services in admissions and financial aid.
• Manage HESI (A2) test proctoring and collaborate with Campus Operations leadership as needed.
• Partner with campus leaders to optimize budget use for enrollment services and campus success.
• Oversee student enrollment and NSR process implementation.
• Monitor quality assurance, compliance, and student service metrics.
• Control testing center access through the Admissions Coordinator.
• Manage Admission HESI (A2) test orders aligned with enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with Campus President and VP of Enrollment Services to reach campus goals.
• Develop national partnerships to support growth and reputation.
• Contribute to NSO development and scheduling for new students.
