State of South Carolina is seeking a temporary, part-time Admissions Assistant to provide exceptional customer service, answer and direct incoming calls, respond to admissions inquiries, and schedule advising appointments. Familiarity with the Banner system is preferred, and confidentiality of student records must be maintained.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma and prior customer service or call center experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma.
• Customer service and/or Call Center experience.
• Familiarity with the Banner system preferred.
• Candidates must not be employed in a college work-study position during the term of service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and direct incoming calls.
• Respond to admissions inquiries and schedule advising appointments.
• Utilize the Banner system to access and manage student information.
• Refer complex inquiries to Admissions/Enrollment staff and maintain confidentiality of student records.
