Job summary

The State of South Carolina is seeking part-time admissions support staff to provide exceptional customer service, manage incoming calls, respond to admissions inquiries, and schedule advising appointments. Knowledge of the Banner system is a plus, along with maintaining strict confidentiality of student information.

These positions are temporary and part-time, with limited scheduling flexibility. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and prior customer service or call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and answer/direct incoming calls.
• Schedule advising appointments and access student information via the Banner system.
• Refer complex inquiries to Admissions/Enrollment staff and maintain confidentiality of student records.
