You will conduct discovery calls, present career pathways, manage admissions paperwork, and maintain CRM records, while collaborating with marketing and student success teams to improve enrollment outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in admissions, enrollment advising, sales, or related roles.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
• Experience conducting phone and virtual consultations.
• Knowledge of higher education or online programs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct discovery calls to understand career goals, challenges, and motivations.
• Present programs and career pathways in a consultative manner.
• Guide prospects through admissions, enrollment paperwork, and onboarding.
