Job summary

Next Gen Learning is expanding and seeks a senior sales professional who is exceptional on the phone and adept at converting high-intent leads into enrolled learners. You will own the sales function, shaping how we sell as we scale, with room for ownership and experimentation.

You’ll join during a pivotal growth moment; the role is remote, full-time, aligned with US hours, and slated to start by February 2026 or as soon as available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience closing on the phone.
• Experience selling higher-education programmes, EdTech, coaching, or other high-consideration products is a plus.
• Strong CRM discipline and ability to manage pipeline efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, consultative phone conversations with prospects and applicants.
• Close high-ticket programme sales (~$1,500–$8,000+) with professionalism.
• Manage inbound leads and outbound follow-up cadence; maintain CRM accuracy.
• Engage with institutional partners and senior stakeholders on behalf of Next Gen Learning.
• Shape and refine the sales playbook as we scale.
