Qualifications

• Must have strong administrative or clerical experience, especially in data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with parents and colleagues.
• Availability to work traditional business hours in Mountain Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround, cross-referencing documents and vendor information.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within a 14-day turnaround.
• Verify orders and address discrepancies with invoices.
• Review incoming enrollment packets for completeness and proper order.
• Accurately enter student records into the system and maintain enrollment data.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide clear information to families.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Lead by example, upholding OpenEd’s values and policies.
