OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, reimbursements, and direct orders. You will maintain timely communication with families and ensure compliance with OpenEd policies while supporting procurement and data entry tasks.

You will work within a collaborative team, handling confidential information with care and meeting tight 14-day turnaround requirements. This role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and a student-centered approach.

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, personable, and patient.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work during traditional business hours in the Mountain Time Zone.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround with cross-referenced data.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within a 14-day turnaround.
• Ensure all reimbursement claims align with company policies.
• Verify receipt of orders and address invoice discrepancies.
• Review incoming student enrollment packets for completeness.
• Enter student records accurately into the system.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries professionally and timely.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide clear information to families.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings.
• Lead by example aligned with OpenEd values and professionalism.
• Adhere to relevant regulations and OpenEd policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
