Responsibilities include data entry, order verification, and collaboration with teams to deliver reliable service while adhering to federal, state, and local guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Strong data entry and document management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process student schedules within a 14‑day turnaround with cross‑checks.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within policy guidelines.
• Verify orders and address invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Review enrollment packets for completeness and order accuracy.
• Enter student records accurately and keep enrollment data current.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond professionally to parent/guardian inquiries timely.
• Communicate clearly with families and teammates.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Lead by example with professionalism and integrity.
• Comply with regulations and OpenEd policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
