Qualifications

• Experience with enrollment processes in CUNYfirst.
• Experience supporting Registrar One Stop operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Registrar One Stop counter schedules and coverage.
• Assist staff with student concerns during hours of operation.
• Coordinate with Deputy Registrar on scanning archives.
• Process AP exam credits and post equivalencies.
• Assist with updating student academic records.
• Provide guidance to learners on online services.
• Prepare reports on registration activities.
