Job summary

Columbia State Community College seeks an Enrollment Services One Stop Specialist to deliver frontline enrollment support for students, families, and staff in a welcoming One Stop environment. You will assist with admissions, records, financial aid, residency classifications, and enrollment processes, guiding students through complex procedures with care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office and related software applications required.
• Associate degree in business, office administration, student services, or related field preferred.
• Experience in higher education or enrollment services preferred.
• Experience using Banner or similar student information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective students, parents, employees, and visitors in person, by phone, by email.
• Assist students with admissions, records, financial aid, residency classifications, and enrollment processes.
• Review, evaluate, and determine residency classifications and communicate requirements.
• Maintain reception areas and organize enrollment materials.
• Operate Banner and enrollment technologies and handle inquiries.
