The City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking an Enrollment Registrar Specialist at Lehman College to support Records and Transcript activities. The role requires knowledge of enrollment processes in CUNYfirst and serves as a liaison for Registrar One Stop operations, transcripts, and archival record handling.

Responsibilities include counter management, assisting with student concerns, processing AP credits, and updating registrar records.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree and four years' related experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Registrar One Stop counter management, including creation and maintenance of counter schedules and coverage.
• Assist Registrar staff with student-related concerns during operating hours; triage and provide guidance.
• Ensure informational resources at the Registrar One Stop counter are up to date.
• Assist with processing of transcript orders and advising constituents on online services and questions.
• Support the scanning of legacy/archive records and coordinate transmissions to the Central Office.
• Utilize query tools to identify and post course equivalencies and AP credits; assist with updating official records.
