Job summary

Aultman College is seeking an Admissions Counselor to recruit and enroll students across all programs. The role involves representing the college at internal and external recruitment events and coordinating with the Enrollment Management team to drive applications and enrollment.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and travel flexibility, with data-driven engagement and collaboration with schools and communities to ensure access and affordability through financial aid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, higher education administration, communication, or another related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to build recruiting relationships with a diverse constituency.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including public speaking and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Aultman College at high school and college recruitment fairs.
• Manage scheduling, visit calendar, and provide tours for prospective students.
• Evaluate applicants for admissions to the college and their program of study.
• Utilize the CRM system to recruit and communicate with students from inquiry to matriculation.
• Collaborate with schools to maximize recruitment opportunities.
• Keep admissions and recruitment information updated on the college website.
