Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness and ability for extended travel (Fall/Spring) 3–6 weeks.
• Two years of professional work experience in higher education is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, or relationship-building is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective student pool to meet enrollment goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective undergraduate students throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Counsel prospective students on undergraduate degrees and areas of study.
• Facilitate admissions and registration with clear, timely communication.
• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective students and families.
• Process applications, scholarship, and registration materials promptly.
• Maintain accurate data in Recruiter/Colleague/Excel databases.
• Provide guidance on financial aid processes and packages.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing on recruitment strategies.
