Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business or related field or four (4) years of equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages a geographical territory for recruiting new freshmen, transfer enrollees and/or prospective students.
• Provides updates of territorial numbers and procedural goals.
• Keeps university enrollment goals in focus and tracks progress.
• Builds relationships with school counselors, students and families in the region.
• Travels to conferences, high schools, colleges and other learning institutions to promote admission requirements.
• Counsels students and parents on admission requirements and financial aid processes.
• Reviews student applications for admission and counsels applicants on eligibility.
• Provides information to prospective students and parents on educational opportunities at UTA.
• Responds to inquiries from prospective students and families.
• Prepares professional correspondence to inquiries.
• Assists in planning and implementing recruitment events and activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
