Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking an Admissions Representative to provide information to prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process. The role involves outbound calls, campus visits, tours, interviews, and assisting new students through orientation and enrollment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Associate’s degree in a related area preferred.
• Experience with CampusVue and/or Velocify software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls, text, and emails; respond promptly to inquiries.
• Share information with prospective students within Ancora Education’s guidelines.
• Schedule campus visits, tours, and registrations.
• Follow up with new students to ensure a smooth transition to active student status.
• Contribute to team initiatives and collaborate with diverse groups.
