The role involves travel to colleges and events, presentations to groups, and close collaboration with counselors, schools, and families to guide applicants from inquiry through enrollment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Experience in recruitment, admissions, or sales.
• Ability to travel and work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds enrollment targets and KPIs.
• Develops territory recruitment plans with objectives and benchmarks.
• Represents APU at college fairs, high schools, and community events.
• Maintains recruitment data in CRM and SIS; tracks outcomes.
• Collaborates with faculty, Registrar, Student Life, and Financial Services.
